马来西亚《大橙传媒》以及旗下中国商报《创投时代VC News》, 联合专访Herbeco 爱源森公司兩位联合创办人 ~ Stella 姜秋菱与Felicia叶洁明。《创投时代VC News》商报是大橙传媒在中国No.1报道关于创投资讯的传媒。
现代人紧张的生活丶过大的压力，导致很多人会面对文明病的困扰，因此，香草药花园（Hebal Oasis）联合创办人姜秋菱（Stella）和叶洁明（Felicia）决定将特别配制的草药茶包，以精美和便利包装方饮推出市场，让忙碌的现代人可以轻易地达到保健及养身的效果。
来自草药世家的姜秋菱表示，目前公司已经推出市场的草药茶包共有10种，材料都是来自马来西亚热带雨林的各种草药，并根据现代文明病配制而成。
她表示，这10种草药包自推出市场以来，皆获得消费人的热烈反应，在马来西亚国内市场深受三大民族的喜爱，同时目前也出口到国外，而香港是其中一个主要的市场。
姜秋菱（Stella）接受马来西亚的大橙传媒和来自中国的《创投时代VC News》商报的联合访问时这样表示。《创投时代VC News》商报是中国大陆No.1报道关于创业投资的报纸。
她说，公司未来将会根据市场的需求推出更多种类的草药茶包，以及也会积极开拓更多的全球市场，以将马来西亚热带雨林的草药用途发扬光大。
姜秋菱是于2021年4月23日率领她的团队到马来西亚首都吉隆坡著名的Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur接受大橙传媒的访问，出席这次访问活动的人士包括香草药花园旗下销售臂膀—愛源森营销有限公司（Herbeco Marketing Sdn Bhd）董事经理叶洁明丶大橙传媒董事Datin Jane和大橙传媒集团总经理陈学萩（Veronica Tang）。
姜秋菱表示，她自小便盘旋在“铁打师”祖父及“草药师”外公的生活圈子里成长，所以，在代代相传下，除了从祖父及外公身上学习铁打及草药“知识”外，也从母亲梁金蓉身上学习到林林总总的草药及家族配方。
负起推广草药价值的使命
她本身是生物化学系毕业，离开校园之后，她在社会上打工一阵子之后，发现自己内心有一个呼唤，那就是要将草药的价值传承下去，由于这个使命她决辞掉工作，回到母亲开发的半亩草药园开始做起，负起推广草药价值的任务。
姜秋菱也表示，由于草药这个名词让人们有一个错误的概念，以为只能够做为治疗的用途，因此，她决定把草药称为香草，也就是香料植物，指因为其香气而用在食物丶调味品丶药品及香料中的植物类。
她说，香草的用途非常广泛，除了具有保健价值之外，也可融入食谱内，成为食材或配料。
她希望通过烹饪班，让大家对各种有营养的花草植物及草药有更进一步认识，她们也不吝啬与大家分享食谱，推动健康新饮食文化。
除了食谱外，姜秋菱也研发多种的健康产品，希望让大家更为健康。他们希望推出的食谱或产品都是大家可接受，而接下来将推出5种不同口味的蛋糕及4种口味的雪条，口味包括文丁果丶班兰甜菊丶班兰花丶百香果及桑堪。
谈起创业的挑战时，她表示，开创香草业的路途虽然辛苦，但是，一路走来获得家人以及贵人的相助，使她在事业上获得更大的推动力。
例如在最初要开拓市场时，她获得森美兰州波德申鸵鸟园老板的支持，让她有一个推广和销售的空间。如今，她的香草园规模已经扩大至三英亩的范围，另外，也有一些退休人士成为她的草药种植合约伙伴。
如今，她的草药园除了开放作为一个观光景点外，也向访客介绍及讲解植物各个种类。
通过各种方式让民众认识草药价值
另一方面，也是爱源草药有限公司董事经理的叶洁明向大橙传媒表示，为了让更多人了解香草的价值，公司现在正通过各种方式进行推广的工作。
最近公司也与WebTV Asia葡萄子（北京）传媒科技有限公司，签署网络草药频道《草本佳人 Herbeco Beauty》的《创作者内容独家合作协议书》。
WebTV Asia葡萄子传媒大中华区域总裁李华霖表示，该公司将与爱源草药有限公司将“草本佳人”姜秋菱打造为大马版李子柒。
他说，李子柒目前是全世界“最多订阅量的优管（YouTube）中文频道”，去年7月更被列入《吉尼斯世界纪录大全2021》，而李子柒的优管官方频道，就是由葡萄子传媒独家运营。
《草本家人 Herbeco Beauty》将于4月起，通过优管与抖音播出，而WebTV Asia葡萄子传媒也会将频道内容，上载至中国大陆地区的所有影音平台，将马来西亚的中草药推广到国际市场，加深世界各地的人对中草药的了解。
此外，她也说，公司旗下也有另一间公司，名为香草药花景观园私人有限公司（Hebal Oasis Landscaping），主要负责承接和设计香草花园景观。
打造“百草良坊玻璃屋”
最近这公司接获一项非常有意义的任务，那就是为雪隆海南会馆天后宫打造“百草良坊玻璃屋”，通过中草药文创教育结合妈祖文化，深化妈祖以中草药行医济世的大爱精神。
她说，通过“百草良坊玻璃屋”，让公众更加了解中草药的价值与药效。这玻璃屋不仅是为了加强市民对草本植物的兴趣与认识，也期望可带动草本园艺迈向普及化。
她表示，让民众接受香草的最直接方式，便是让民众通过”感官”, 即看，摸，闻和吃，从而拉近与草本植物的距离。此外，借由“百草良坊玻璃屋”，能够给予公众最直接及最具体的草本园艺种植技巧，并且能够将具有保健用途的花草，推广注入养生食谱。
